Affiliate Relationships

Some links here are affiliate links. Click one, buy the thing, I get a small cut -- at no extra cost to you. The commission doesn't shape which products end up reviewed here. If a product turns out to be junk, the review says it is junk -- paid placement or not.

Testing Approach

The way I approach reviews is slower than most sites. I buy the supplement (or occasionally receive a sample, which I disclose when that happens), and I use it for weeks, keeping notes as I go. When I sit down to write, I'm working from a month or more of real observations -- not a first impression dressed up as a verdict.

I track in a paper notepad and cross-reference against smartwatch sleep data when it's relevant. Some nights the data is thin because I forgot to log or the watch needed charging. I say so when that's the case. An honest account of imperfect tracking is more useful than a tidy number that isn't actually there.

What I Don't Cover

I don't review supplements I haven't tested myself. I don't cover medical treatments, prescriptions, or clinical interventions. If something I wrote made you think about changing your approach to a serious health issue, a doctor who knows your actual history is the right first stop -- not this site.

Corrections

If I got something wrong, I want to fix it. Corrections are made with a note about what changed and when. The contact page is the right place to flag anything that looks off.

How to Read These Recommendations

Nothing here is medical, financial, or legal advice. The writing reflects one person's experience with a specific set of products over a specific testing window. Your situation, your body, and your sleep history are different from mine. For anything that matters to your health, a qualified professional who knows your circumstances is the right source of guidance.
